"There are about a million things I could say about Wyatt that have never been said before. He was my closest friend, and my sweetest champion. Everyone knew him as some hot shot lawyer, some smart ass crisis manager, but that wasn't really who he was. Between me and him, he was always the sweetest, and the softest.
He always used to say that I saved him from a life that he wouldn't have survived, but I'm not sure he ever really knew just how many times he saved me from not living at all. How many times he pulled me off my knees with a smile, or when he rolled his eyes, and teased me when I least expected him to tease me, when it was least appropriate for him to do so.
He made me want to live a life that not even I knew I wanted to live. He gave me a daughter, and he gave me a reason. And now, without him, I don't know what we're going to do, or how we're going to do it. I miss him so much every day, and hope, at least, he's getting the rest he was never good at getting when he was with us."
